Springville- It’s time for the annual Trading Post gift card calendar! It’s a very worthy cause, because the Trading Post assists with the basic food, clothing and infant needs for 800 people each month. Its outreach includes many Southern Tier communities in Erie County, Cattaraugus, Wyoming counties and rural areas near Springville. The calendars are ten dollars each and there are raffle drawings every day of the month! The Trading Post is located at 38 Franklin Street in Springville, NY. The Thrift Store is open Tuesdays from noon to 4pm, and Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, between 10am-2pm/ It accepts as donations good quality clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, small household items and toys. Every Wednesday, items are half-price. The Feeding America Food Pantry is open Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10am-2pm. A Takeout Lunch is available on Fridays between 10am-12noon. The Mobile Food Truck is at the First Presbyterian Church, at 38 North Buffalo Street in Springville on the 3rd Friday of each month at 1pm, from April to October.
