The Lincoln Boutique Motel reimagines hospitality in Ellicottville and is welcoming inquiries for restaurant partnership in former Cadillac Jack’s restaurant location.

A new, updated, and unique lodging option is coming as The Lincoln Boutique Motel gears up for its grand opening on May 1st! Nestled at the corner of Holiday Valley Road and 219, the former Telemark Motel is undergoing fabulous renovations to transform its 12-room property into a chic and modern getaway.

Leasable Space
Inquiries about leasing the former Slopeside BBQ restaurant can be directed to the Route Two Nineteen Investment Group, LLC at (716) 984-1128.

The driving force behind this venture is the Route Two Nineteen Investment Group, LLC, a team of five local partners deeply rooted in the Ellicottville, Salamanca, and Randolph communities. One investment partner shared the unique story of how The Lincoln Boutique Motel became their perfect project.

“We were on the lookout for the ideal property in the area, and when we discovered this gem, we knew it was the one. From the charming copper roof that reminded us of the classic song ‘Pennies from Heaven’ to the sentimental find of a high school yearbook note to the former Telemark owners’ daughter, everything aligned perfectly,” explained co-partner Dawn (Barczak) Hogan.

Excitingly, the investment group is not stopping at the motel. Dawn and her team have plans to breathe new life into the former Slopeside BBQ restaurant, situated at the base of Holiday Valley. They are actively seeking an experienced restaurateur to open a second location, but are open to exploring other ideas. For inquiries about this fantastic opportunity, contact Route Two Nineteen Investment Group, LLC at (716) 984-1128.

In addition to the motel’s stylish renovations and restaurant partnership, an existing 2-bedroom rental is already available above the restaurant through Airbnb and there will be one soon in the charming A-frame building on the property. Dawn highlighted the upcoming redesigned outdoor area, set to be completed this summer. This communal space will feature a firepit and other amenities for guests to enjoy.

“We’re putting in the effort to open our doors on May 1st and will begin accepting reservations in March,” Dawn shared. Keep an eye out for reservation details on Airbnb and The Lincoln Boutique Motel’s official website, launching soon.
