The 2026 Art Crawl in Springville will include art on display, kids’ activities, a parade, dancing, drumming and much more!

This year the eagerly anticipated Art Crawl in Springville, NY, will be next Saturday, June 6th. On that day, from 3-7:23pm, stores and businesses along Springville’s Main Street will once again display art by local artists, and the streets will be full of art vendors, kids’ creating art, live music, dancing and much more! The community parade featuring local school marching bands will begin at 4pm. The annual event, presented by the Springville Center for the Arts and Springville-Griffith Institute, will also include mural painting, wood sculpting, and goat milking, among other activities. $300 will be awarded for the best large-scale puppet in the parade, while $125 will go to the winner of the contest for the “Best Group/Float in the theme of ‘Art Farm'”.

“The Javanese drumming will be performed by drummers from Nusantra Arts in Buffalo, while the Japanese drumming will be done by drummers from the local Drum Circle”, said Alicia Glasier, Visual Arts Director of the Springville Center for the Arts. “The Bollywood dancers will be led by Gaitrie Subryan”, she continued. “The community mural painting will take place in the alleyway by the store Astrodiac. The wood sculpting will be on both a large scale, and a small scale, involving wooden spoons. Watch for a surprise during the closing procession”.
