The Bemus Point Inn proudly celebrates 16 years under the ownership of Dave and Laurie Miller, who took over this beloved local eatery on June 1, 2009. Originally established in 1946 by the Traynor and Winters families, “The Inn” has long been a staple in the Bemus Point community, and that tradition continues. Over the years, the Bemus Point Inn has undergone many changes, but its essence remains, featuring a welcoming place where friends and families gather to enjoy delicious food, engaging conversation, and create cherished memories.
This restaurant is open all year round and is well-known for its generous portions, delicious homemade food, and fair prices. They recently introduced a new menu for 2025, featuring both traditional favorites and exciting new dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Breakfast is now served all day, offering a wide range of breakfast combinations and sandwiches. For lunch, guests can choose from a large variety of salads, sandwiches, and burgers starting at 11am, and the lunch menu items are also available for dinner. Their tasty dinner offerings begin at 2pm, which include delicious entrees like Chicken Francaise, Chicken Parmesan, Sirloin Steak, Homemade Pasta, Lasagna, Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon, and both Broiled and Pan-Fried Haddock. When you are dining in or if you just want to relax on the patio, you can enjoy hot and cold beverages. This includes a selection of adult beverages such as beer, wine, and mimosas as well as coffee, teas, cappuccino, sodas, and more.
If you’re craving something sweet, you should check out the scrumptious homemade treats made by 90-year-old Grandma Joan. She makes a variety of fruit and cream pies that are sure to delight you. Make sure you try one of their giant cinnamon rolls, which have earned them the reputation of having the sweetest buns in town.
At the Bemus Point Inn, you can enjoy a delicious meal in their spacious indoor area, which comfortably accommodates around one hundred guests. It features plenty of tables and cozy counter seating to choose from. If you prefer some fresh air, their lovely outdoor patio is the perfect spot, with space for up to fifty people. During the summer, you can decide between dining inside or enjoying yourself on the patio, which features fun games and toys for everyone, including cornhole! It’s a great place for families to gather and have a good time.
In the coming weeks, they plan to introduce Kids Night on Wednesdays, featuring special prices for children’s meals when they dine with their families. They also hope to add face painting and other fun activities. Keep looking for details to come on that.
Get ready for some extra summer fun at “The Inn.” They are excited to feature live music with a talented local acoustic band called Nu Juice. They will be playing every Sunday from 4-7pm during June, July, and August. Come on by, enjoy a tasty meal, or choose from a variety of items on their menu, soaking up the great vibes while listening to these talented musicians.
“The Bemus Point Inn is part of what makes Bemus Point so special,” says Laurie. “It’s where people meet up with old friends and where families come together. We’ve become like family with so many of our customers. Also, we would like to give credit to the amazing team that makes dining with us such a great experience. We are so lucky and thankful to have such a hardworking, dedicated staff that is the heart of our business.”
