Steelbound Brewery and Distillery has big plans in the works for the future. The Steelbound group which currently hosts two locations, one in Ellicottville NY and one in Springville, NY is planning to expand to Dunkirk, NY (opening July 2022) with a site to open in the Clarion Hotel Marina & Conference Center and to Hamburg, NY (opening 2023) with a site to open next to Peg’s Place Restaurant. They have also just recently closed a deal with Las Vegas, NV to place a franchise in one of their hotels (Best Western). They are hoping to create in-room pour systems for those over the age of 21. Steelbound also has on-going talks with Toronto and Brampton, Ontario, CA and out in Ohio. Their flagship in Ellicottville will remain the pulse, owner Bill Bursee is planning to build a large 10,000 square foot, two story conference center and 74 room-hotel next to the brewery. There will be a 70 foot long, 50-foot-wide Sky Bridge connecting the hotel to the brewery where other intriguing events are developing. Business is booming and the franchise is brewing.
