The I AM a Snowmaker contest”—sponsored by HKD Snowmakers—highlights the hard work, determination and camaraderie of snowmakers, and recognizes their critical contributions to the alpine, Nordic, snowboard, and winter tubing industry. I AM a Snowmaker was launched in 2013, and has highlighted the expertise and character of a wide variety of snowmaking teams across North America.
Six teams have been selected for the 2025 I AM a Snowmaker contest. The teams from Big Sky, Mont.; Bolton Valley, Vt.; Holiday Valley, NY; Horseshoe Valley, Ont.; Jackson XC, NH; and Mount Sima, Yukon will create a video that captures the heart of soul of their snowmaking operation, and the people behind it, and compete for bragging rights and a grand prize from HKD Snowmakers.
The final videos will be released in January 2025 and fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite video and crew at https://www.saminfo.com/i-am-a-snowmaker.
