Practitioner with Individualized Care
Woloszyn Medical welcomes Brad Pecherzewski

Spread the love

By Abbey Flaherty

The Woloszyn Medical Group is thrilled to announce Brad Pecherzewski as the newly appointed family nurse practitioner.  Brad originally grew up in Olean, New York and is delighted to be back home practicing primary care medicine, allowing him to form long term relationships with patients to make a difference in their physical and mental wellness.

His love and admiration for medicine began when he was 18 years old as a volunteer firefighter.  His talent to be calm under pressure, pay attention to detail and deeply connect with the people who called for the department’s assistance was quickly noted by his colleagues.  Encouraged to continue his education, he did just that and started as an emergency technician.  From there, Brad moved on to receive his Master’s degree and earned a position as a registered nurse.  His first assignment was in Dallas, Texas while he simultaneously attended bible school at the Christ for the Nations, graduating in 1999.  Here he majored in theology with a minor in missions.  With this additional education, he was honored to practice in Mexico and work for orphanages while creating medical clinics for the underserved. After 16 years in this capacity, he became a family nurse practitioner receiving his degree from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York and graduated in 2013.

Recruited by the esteemed Dr. Woloszyn, he is most excited to work alongside someone whom he has great admiration for and to be a part of a small team of medical experts that allows for individualized care for all their patients.  Brad’s style is one that is most beneficial in the medical sector where he does not define anyone by their medical diagnosis, but instead spends great care during his counseling sessions with patients to truly get to know each patient and what is important to them.  These sessions include, though are not limited to, acute attention to those patients who express signs of a mental illness. In a community where resources can be sparse, he wants to be sure that he educates his patients on services and support systems that are available to them.  He is grateful to be a part of a team that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrated high-quality primary care services.

The Woloszyn Medical Group, which has been recognized as trusting and compassionate, is rapidly growing and expanding.  They are currently welcoming new patients and Brad can be seen in both the Olean, New York and Jamestown, New York locations.  The number to schedule an appointment or to call for further information is (716) 379-8139 or (716) 720-4900.
