The Holiday Valley Sky High Aerial Adventure Park is open for yet another season. The resort is a premier destination for summer fun and is sure to attract thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts.
Ranked the 3rd largest park in the US, HV Sky High Aerial Adventure Park offers a truly unforgettable experience for visitors seven years old and up. The park features a series of ariel courses, breathtaking zip lines, and captivating views.
From the moment one steps foot into the park, an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation fills the air. Adventurers can choose from a variety of thrilling aerial courses, each designed to challenge both the body and mind.
Amongst the 13 courses there are 170 elements and 43 zip lines. The elements feature suspended bridges, balancing elements, nets, and various other obstacles that take participants on a journey through 5 acres of woodlands. The courses and obstacles have been updated for this 2023 season to bring new adventure for returning climbers.
It’s a heart-pounding experience that tests one’s agility, balance, and courage. With different difficulty levels, even beginners can find a course that suits their comfort level, while seasoned climbers can push their limits on the more advanced routes on black diamond courses.
For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the park’s zip lines provide an exhilarating way to take in the stunning surroundings. The longest zip line is 350 feet across the ski slope with a view the rolling hills and lush greenery. The zip lines range in length and speed, catering to both daredevils and those looking for a more relaxed adventure in the trees.
Safety is of paramount importance at Holiday Valley, with trained guides and top-of-the-line equipment ensuring that visitors can enjoy their experience with peace of mind. Prior to embarking on any course or activity, participants receive comprehensive safety instructions and are equipped with harnesses and helmets. The park’s staff is always on hand to provide assistance and support throughout the adventure.
Beyond the aerial courses and zip lines, visitors can ride on the Mountain Coaster, a gravity-driven ride down the mountainside or test out the climbing forest. The climbing forest is a 3-D version of a climbing wall that lets visitors literally climb up trees.
It’s no wonder this park has become a must-visit destination for adventure enthusiasts.
So, grab your sense of adventure and head to Ellicottville for a day up in the trees.
Reservations and tickets can be purchased online at the Holiday Valley website. The park is open from 9am-6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until June 11 and daily after that.
