EBC Tap + Bottle Taqueria: Ellicottville Brewing Company has had some exciting updates in the works recently. The first is the addition of a picturesque secluded patio to the EBC Tap + Bottle Taqueria in Ellicottville. The patio is accessible only via their front entrance from the restaurant and features modern Mexican themed ambiance with beautiful flowers in the fresh outdoors. The patio is full menu and bar service, seats about 30-40 people and frequently features live music and entertainment. (Check their website and follow them on social media for a schedule of events.) “We took an area in EVL that was pretty run down and turned it into a beautiful destination patio. It was a revival of sorts.”, says owner Peter Kreinheder. “We’re thrilled with how the space came out and invite you to come enjoy.”
NEW EBC at Little Valley: EBC is also excited to unveil their upcoming location in the scenic hills of Little Valley, just a 12-minute drive outside of the village of Ellicottville. The space is located behind their production facility in Little Valley and is much larger than their other locations. “It’s absolutely breathtaking”, says Sara Corsi Staley, EBC’s graphic artist and marketing lead. “The location is fantastic, situated along the Pat McGee hiking trail, it’s a great little escape. The architecture & entrance are unparalleled for the area, featuring lofty ceilings, geometric hardwood beams, and large glass garage door windows. The indoor vibe is posh & elegant, with fine art murals wrapping the walls, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, and a sweeping landscape view surrounded by hills.”
The space includes a private events venue which is now available for bookings beginning in January 2023. “It’s the perfect setting for any event from weddings and showers, to corporate meetings and family gatherings. The space is unique and hidden; designed & decorated with sophisticated detail, and our staff will make sure you and your guests are fully attended to.”
Peter’s inspiration for the Little Valley menu came from his passion for stone-fired pizza. “We feature great burgers and American fare at our Ellicottville Brewery location, Mexican Tacos and specialty drinks at EBC Tap + Bottle Taqueria, and this location will specialize in Neapolitan style pizza.” Peter is a restaurateur at heart and has traveled the world exploring his passion for food. He hand-selected the pizza oven for this location, which he had imported custom from Italy. “There’s really nothing like the Neapolitan pizza the way it’s thin crust melds with all the flavors and slightly oven charred finish. Our goal is casual dining for a sit-down eat-in pizza experience.”
