    This weekend there are a lot of eclipse festivals that people are interested in, so check out the eclipse article about these events in this issue. There is also some great live music happening this week, and the calendar is expanded to include some entertainment in Cattaraugus County and Erie County that you are going to want to know about. It will be a fun weekend.

   Friday April 5 – In Westfield, Five and 20 Spirits & Brewing is continuing its Friday Customer Appreciations Night with live music by Erie’s Tommy Link starting at 5pm. He is a singer/songwriter that plays indie music. There will also be drink specials and eclipse themed drinks as well as delicious food from the Over the Rainbow Food Truck. Start off the eclipse weekend celebrations at Five and 20.

   As part of the Audubon Lights at the Audubon Community Nature Center, OsbornNash will perform from 8:30pm-10pm. They will play some of your favorite cover tunes and some of their originals.   

As a fundraiser for the 96th Highlanders Pipes & Drums Scholarship Fund, Chautauqua Suites will be having a Pipes and Ale Party starting at 6pm. Celtic music will be performed by Step N Time and Catch N Release. A general admission ticket is $30 and will include wine, beer, pop, and snacks. Overnight/admission packages are available. Tickets can be purchased at www.96thhightlanders.com.

   Campfire Junkie is performing at Big Inlet Brewing starting at 6pm. They play a mix of covers and original music of mostly country tunes. Sit down, relax, and enjoy a cold beverage while enjoying the music. They are also performing on Saturday at 8pm at Group-Ther-Happy is Lakewood.

   Saturday April 6 – Miranda Wilcox will be performing at Big Inlet Brewing starting at 5:30pm. She enjoys playing all genres of music. Come listen to her eclectic set list while enjoying an evening out with your friends and family.

   Reset to Vinyl will be rocking the Village of Fredonia at 64 on the Rocks. They play a fun mix of classic rock, 80s, alternative 90s, & current rock/pop music. Come sit by the firepit (weather permitting) and enjoy the evening while listening to this fun band.

   Western New York’s premier party band Nerds Gone Wild returns to the River Bar inside the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca for an ‘80s Party starting at 7 pm. They mostly play 80’s rock and new wave. Get ready to get on the dance floor and dance the night away. This band never disappoints.

   Also in Salamanca, the Probables will be performing at the Apollo Canna Company. This is the Season Grand Opening event for the Apollo Canna Company, and the music starts at 4pm. 

   OsbornNash will perform at the Southern Tier Distillery starting at 5pm. This talented duo are singer songwriters that play a mixture of originals and covers, including many genres of music. Enjoy your favorite beverage while listening to their eclectic acoustic music.

    Keith Medley and Bill Piper from the Living Room Jam Band will be performing at Music for Your Mouth starting at 5:30pm. Call 716-224-1035 to make a reservation for a fabulous dinner while you listen to this great duo perform.

   All Weekend – As part of their eclipse weekend events, the Sunset Bay Beach Club will have Western New York’s party and dance band Live & Kickin. This fun band covers classic rock, oldies, blues, and a little bit of country and starts at 7pm. The fun continues Sunday with their Black Out Pre-Party, and Midnight Recovery will be rocking it out starting at 7pm. Monday they will have a variety of packages for watching the eclipse.    Join Splash in Bemus Point for a Total Eclipse Weekend Bash. On Saturday and Sunday nights, enjoy fantastic food, craft cocktails, fine wine, and live music. On Monday, join Splash for lunch (including viewing glasses) and stay for the after-party.

   Sunday April 7- Charity Nuse & Jeremy Bunce will be performing at the Hideaway in Steamburg starting at 3:30pm. Come listen to the unique Americana and roots rock style of music that local audiences have grown to love. While you’re there, have some delicious food from their great menu.

   This weekend promises to be an exciting weekend with all the eclipse events and all the great live music. Stay tuned to see what fun events are happening in next week’s issue.
