FRANKLINVILLE, NY — Bowl-ify has found a new home at 30 Park Square in Franklinville – thanks to the dedicated efforts of business owners Stefani Lebrenz and her mother, Karen Mulcahy.

Originally making waves in Niagara Falls, where customers couldn’t resist the allure of hot mac and cheese even in the scorching summer months, Bowl-ify has brought its savory delights to the heart of Franklinville.

The journey to Franklinville follows a brief stint in Buffalo, where Stefani and Karen ventured after their success in Niagara Falls. However, the challenges of the city’s crime rate prompted a strategic relocation to Franklinville, a move that felt like a homecoming for Stefani and her husband, Jason, a contractor native to the town.Mac and Cheese image

Together, they revamped the new location, rewiring the building and installing fresh plumbing to create a welcoming space that can accommodate up to 40 customers.

Wednesday nights have become a bustling hub of activity at Bowl-ify, with locals flocking to enjoy not only the delicious offerings but also the camaraderie that permeates the dining room.

Stefani expressed, “We have people come in and socialize, have a great time. We love it here. We know everyone, and we feel safe.”

The establishment caters to modern needs, offering wifi in the dining room and extending its services to catering. The diverse menu caters to various tastes, featuring signature dishes like Honey Garlic Pepper Chicken and Butter Garlic Lobster. Customers with dietary restrictions can also savor gluten-free options.

Looking ahead, Bowl-ify has exciting plans in store, including a delivery service and the introduction of Cake Bowls, a dessert of epic sweetness.

Stefani, with a playful spirit, joked, “I’ll bowl it all. I’ll bowl everything. There’s nothing I won’t bowl.”

While mac and cheese steal the spotlight, Bowl-ify doesn’t stop there. Grilled cheese sandwiches inspired by their mac creations, and unique flatbreads like the Chicken Finger Flatbread with a blue cheese base or the All-American Burger Flatbread, offer a delightful diversion. For an extra indulgence, top your flatbread or grilled cheese with a scoop of mac and cheese—for those who believe in going big!

As part of the ongoing evolution, Lebrenz plans to tweak the menu, introducing more sides to further tantalize taste buds.

“A lot of new things will happen the first of the year,” she said.

Lebrenz said they plan to expand, too, into Erie County.

With prices under $15 before tax, Bowl-ify delivers not just deliciousness but affordability. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a decadent dinner, or a cheat meal, Bowl-ify is your go-to destination.

Open from 11am-7pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am-3pm on Sundays, you can dine in or take out. Ordering is a breeze—visit their website at bowlify.menu or give them a call at 716-676-4070.
