Friday, April 26 marks the first Bourbon Tasting at Ellicottville Brewing Company in Little Valley. You are invited to join in for an evening of tasting and learning about Bourbon beginning at 6pm. Whether you’re a bourbon connoisseur or just looking to expand your palate, this event has something to offer.
Mike Capozzi of Empire North Distributors will guide tastings of four Old Forester bourbons.
“Old Forester is one of the icons of the Bourbon Industry with of 150 years of history,” says Mike. “The Old Forester Whiskey Row Series chronicles historic moments through this time. We’ll have an overview of the distillery, what makes whiskey a bourbon, and then on to the tasting and relevance of each bourbon.”
Mike has hosted several bourbon tasting events and is very experienced in the industry. “I love hosting events like this and educating consumers on the products. It’s a great opportunity to deepen appreciation for each product, learn a bit of history, and of course, have a good time.”
The event will be held at EBC’s newer Little Valley location, which is great for larger events such as this. “We are looking forward to hosting various events this spring to welcome new guests to our amazing space. Our open concept design with large windows lets in natural lighting, allowing a bright cozy atmosphere perfect for any event”, stated Topper Clemons, EBC Manager. Little Valley is just a short drive away, located just minutes outside of Ellicottville.
