Shopping is something we all do. Be it grocery stores, specialty stores or corner boutiques, customers are what keep the world spinning. Even in this tough economy, the customer support is what keeps businesses thriving. That’s why Harley Davidson of Jamestown, located at 1951 E Main Street in Falconer, New York invites the community to stop in on December 3rd from 8-4pm for their special Customer Appreciation event to say thanks to all for a wonderful year. The Villager had a chance to speak with marketing rep Kayla Trussalo about what the event has to offer.
The Villager (V): Your upcoming Customer Appreciation Day seems to be a fun celebration. Can you explain what/who it’s for and how much it is to attend?
Kayla (K): “This event is for all our loyal customers throughout this past year and years before. We have not had big events “indoors” since before Covid, so we are extremely excited to give back to our customers who have supported us through the tougher times.”
V: There will be FREE food and beer; what types of offerings can guests expect?
K: “We will be providing catered food from Sandee’s Catering that consists of subs/wraps, veggie trays, cheese trays, Mac Salad and Cheesy Potatoes. We will be providing canned beverages from Bud light, Coors light, Michelob Ultra, Seltzers, and waters. You must be 21 years or older to participate and to please drink responsibly.”
V: Live music will be provided by Akoostikly Challenged, can you tell us a bit about the band and the music they play?
K: “I had created a post on Facebook, leaving it up to the customers on recommendations for acoustic bands, with 217 comments and many great responses, Akoostikly Challenged was mentioned the most. They were available and more than happy to book this event. According to their Facebook page they play everything and anything and like to jam.
V: What types of door prizes and giveaways can guests participate in?
K: “We have many great giveaways our customers can enter to win from Harley-Davidson Performance Eyewear by Wiley X, free conventional oil changes, a total bike detailing kit by Harley, a picnic backpack wine set, Harley-Davidson of Jamestown winter hats, Harley-Davidson of Jamestown sweatshirts, and five $75 H-D of Jamestown Gift Cards.”
V: Does Jamestown Harley have any other upcoming Holiday events they would like to share?
K: “This will be a jammed packed Holiday season from the December 3 Customer Appreciation Event to Free Pictures with Santa the following weekend, December 10th from 11-2pm. We will have extended hours the week before Christmas. Follow us on Facebook and check out our website at www.jamestownharley.com.”
V: Anything else you would like to add?
K: “We can’t wait to celebrate with our customers and make this event bigger in the years to come.”
Thank you, Kayla, for taking the time to speak with us about the Customer Appreciation Day event. And a huge thank you to Harley-Davidson of Jamestown for hosting and giving back to its community. Remember to stop and visit December 3rd between 8-4pm.
