The Northwest Arena Host’s again for you in 2022

Spread the love

The Acclaimed Grapes and Hops Festival Saturday May 7th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm
By Darlene Mae O’Connor

I caught up with Megan from the Northwest Ice Arena this past Sunday and in between receiving Birthday Party Guests and answering the many calls that were coming in, she had a few minutes to give me the scoop on the pour. Originally planned to be an “Annual Event”, like so many other best laid plans, the annual fell to the Crush of the COVID. No matter, we will just have to enjoy it that much more this year and start the count all over again!!

General Admission Tickets are $25.00 pre-sale and $35.00 when purchased at the event and the doors will be open for these ticket holders at 3:00pm. Features on the Ice include: 50+ Varieties of Beer, Wine and Spirits, Exciting Vendors, an Array of Games, Prizes, Music and more in addition to the famed ICE Bumper Cars!

For early entry at 2:00pm grab pre-sale VIP Tickets on sale now and enjoy: a commemorative Pint Glass, all access to VIP Room and Small Bites. Special ticket prices are available for Designated Drivers, this is a 21 and over event so a Valid Drivers License must be presented for entry for all ticket holders.

See you there or next year they’ll be asking, “Where were you for Grapes and Hops in 2022”

Also coming to the Arena in May is the much-anticipated Jamestown Skating Club Presentation,

“The Good Ole Days”. This ICEtravaganza features the talents of the Jamestown Figure Skating Club and a Special Performance by Former Disney on Ice Stars! Don’t miss this Show! May 21st 2022 at either 1 or 6pm.

Pre-sale tickets are on sale from any Jamestown Skate Club Skater for $5.00 and will be $10,00 at the Door.

A VIP Table on the Ice can be reserved for $125.00 pre-sale only. Please contact Danielle at daniellepatti77@gmail.com

I think it bares mentioning that this is the Arena’s 20th Anniversary of Celebrating all things Ice here in the City of Champions! While plans are under construction for the season, they are keeping these secrets on ice for now, {see what I did there?}. Keep up with the Arena and all Exciting Events via Facebook and their Web-site. Also keep your eyes on the Villager for revealing future articles and updates.
