Brooke has been a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams for 6 years, based out of the Ellicottville office. She enjoys showing potential clients the charm of Ellicottville and helping them find the property that best fits their needs. “It’s incredible to be able to show people the town that I love so much as potential members of the community,” says Brooke. “It’s exciting being a part of their new chapter, whether locals or visitors buying a second home, it’s an honor to be a part of it.”

Mike and Brooke recently acquired 2 Scoops Ice Cream in Hamburg, and this marks their first season as owners, but 18th for the shop. “It’s been incredible,” says Brooke. “We took ownership in March and the transition has been smooth and easy thus far. We’re excited for this new endeavor and so far, it couldn’t be better. The community support has been phenomenal; there’s always a smiling crowd, rain or shine. People are almost always happy when they’re getting ice cream!”

Brooke is involved in the Ellicottville community in many ways. She is currently a fire commissioner and has held this position for about four years. “Our volunteer fire department works so hard; it’s incredible to see what happens behind the scenes and help in this capacity.” Their family takes part in the many various year-round activities in the community, including skiing and golfing. During the winter months, Brooke is manager at Boardroom Snowboard Shop, and during the summer she runs the Holiday Valley Ladies League. “We’re a fun group of women who enjoy friendly competition golfing together on Monday evenings. It’s open to everyone to golf and socialize.”

Brooke is proud to be a part of such a tight-knit community here in Ellicottville. “The ease of living here is supreme. The convenience of walking into the village, seeing friends and neighbors on the streets and the sense of community here is unmatched. I wouldn’t want to raise my family anywhere else.”
