Ellicottville is soon to be home to the first Aranar (“Ar-an-Ar” like R&R) Luxury Adult Retreat. The company was founded, developed and envisioned by father and son Cory and Jake Creeley of Creeley Construction. Set to open this month, Aranar redefines a couple’s getaway of luxury seclusion with sweeping panoramic views of the HoliMont slopes.
Jake was inspired to create a modern couples retreat as he and his wife sought to steal away for a relaxing weekend together. “I remember being away with my wife at a beautiful resort, but surrounded by people. I started envisioning the ultimate getaway for couples, close enough to shops and restaurants, but in a more intimate setting.” Jake shared his vision with his father, Cory, who agreed this was a concept worth developing.
Both with a background in construction, they started creating a unique and modern floorplan for these landscape villas centered around the view. “We didn’t want anything to take away from the view. We designed floor to ceiling 9-foot windows around the bed and living space so our guests are immersed in their surroundings.” The décor is modern and fresh, with no amenity spared. The Climate 360 Smart Bed offers the ultimate comfort in all seasons along with 3 varieties of pillows to meet your personal needs. The television is discrete and hidden to adapt to meet your relaxation needs to unwind with complementary streaming NetFlix or YouTube, or embrace the panoramic views.
The indoor and outdoor fireplaces are just the beginning of climate control. The outdoor covered patio is heated with large sectional seating to comfortably enjoy the views year-round. Not only is there an outdoor Hot Tub, but also an outdoor dry sauna with large windows. The Spa Room features a HydroMassage Chair, heated towel rack, heated floors, robes and luxury shower with Halo Lighting, rain shower and steam shower. All private, and all included.
Luxury kitchenette amenities include Keurig Elite with complimentary Starbucks pods along with the finest kitchenware, beverage glasses and wine chiller. The dining area allows for comfortable seating alongside the indoor fireplace, complete with WiFi and Bluetooth Speakers.
Jake and Cory strive to take relaxation to a new level with their high-level amenities. “We spared no expense with our premium features, as we truly want all our guests to achieve tranquility. We are reinventing rest and relaxation with our brand Aranar.”
Upon booking, guests receive their Boarding Pass which allows for self-check in to their ultimate retreat. All amenities (Keurig, Wifi, streaming, Smart) are thoroughly explained in the villa feature guidebook, along with a hospitality guide with local restaurant, shopping and experience recommendations. “We really want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable through the duration of their stay. Our vision is to serve as the concierge, helping them achieve maximum relaxation, even though we’re off property.”
Jake and Cory have of course taken it one step further, to include the ability for ordering and delivery of local florists, chocolate shops, and wine/liquor stores to welcome guests upon arrival. “Guests will have the ability to order from select local merchants to be delivered at cost (no surcharge) and customize their order delivery location (table, patio, bed, kitchen, etc.) They’ve partnered with Swan Florist in Salamanca for fresh flowers and chocolate shops and E-Ville Spirits, Liquors and Wine for their first location.
As an Ellicottville native, Jake felt this location was the perfect fit for their first villa. “The views here are absolutely stunning and are meant to be embraced. It’s the perfect town to getaway, with boutique shops and various dining and entertainment in the heart of the village just down the street.” The concept has been well received with bookings already filling up through November. The duo already has plans to open their next villa near Henscoop, near the slopes of HoliMont on a beautiful secluded hill sided by a mature forest. Eventually, they hope to expand their brand nationwide to landscapes across the East Coast to areas like Lake Placid, Finger Lakes and Nashville.
Jake’s passion for this concept is evident. “We’re thrilled to be days away from launching our first location and welcoming our first guests. We couldn’t be happier with our first location being in Ellicottville, and how this concept has evolved. It’s been awesome to watch this vision become a reality, and we’re excited to see where it takes us.”
For the ultimate couple’s retreat, think Aranar for the ultimate in rest and relaxation. November books are nearly full with ski season filling up fast. Villas are intended for couples, or 1-2 guests who must be 21+.
