In 2016, the doors of Ellicottville Brewing Company on Chautauqua were opened, creating a new chapter in the company’s history.

   EBC beers are renowned for their dedication to using only the finest ingredients, ensuring that each sip delivers a memorable experience. They know how to deliver exquisite traditional brews but as many EBC fans know, they aren’t afraid to wander into unmarked territory. The brewery has something to satisfy every palate from traditional brews like their Pale Ale and Foggy IPA or their adventurous experimental brews. The brewery frequently introduces seasonal and limited-edition beers, providing a sense of excitement and variety for patrons to explore like their Pineapple Upside Down Shake. This year’s Poached Ginger Salmon is the owner, Peter Kreinheder’s favorite dish.

The restaurant’s manager, Topper, has done a great job putting together a fun energetic staff fostering a sense of camaraderie.
