First up to the 3rd Thursday microphone (May 18th) is a surprising and exciting young woman with the voice of an angel, Miranda Wilcox. Her masterful vocal control and interaction with her audiences belie her youth as she seamlessly performs our favorite and familiar cover songs. But what will grab you are her original stylings. I highly recommend you experience this local “songbird” as she writes Herstory on our Jamestown music scene and begins to Soar.

For those about to Rock, we salute; Sabrina & Sons! This Incredible 90s Cover Band will have you looking for your Boogie Shoes! So put them on and lace ’em up; we are going for a ride. Sabrina & Sons, brings the heat of music that makes us move our feet, and you won’t even want a seat once they start that Funky Beat!

Sabrina Gustafson, originally a Jersey Girl, is a fierce female who leads this band of “Sons” with fire and electricity! She and Jed Thomson, lead guitar, are a much sought-after duo performing across the southern tier. They’ve played venues throughout the region, including Jamestown. Sabrina is quickly becoming a Jamestown favorite with her fearless and fiery vocals. Jed is a popular local musician from our hills. He has been performing for years and is a master of many genres. For this performance, the “Sons” will include two additional hometown musicians of note: Gavin Paterniti and Marc Scapelitte.

Gavin also leads the Elektra Kings, Backlog and performs with other notable local bands. He is a beloved teacher at Infinity and the Programming Director at WRFA. On stage with these “Sons”, Gavin will be playing Bass Guitar. Marc Scapelitte is a local musician and hometown hero as a Southwestern Central High School Math Teacher. Not surprising really, as it takes some serious counting to hammer out those Bumping Beats! Marc is performing as the Professor of Percussion with these masterful Marauders of Music for their anticipated appearance on our 2023 summer series bandstand.

June 15th fills the stage with Mike Brunacini as he works his magic on the ivories, opening for the earthy psychedelic early Americana and Celtic Fusion phenoms; Songs of Sixpence! This will be an evening of memorable and extraordinary melodious mixes.

The famous Whirlybird Arts & Music Festival will host on July 20th.

August 17th, Lenny Sales warms up the stage for the incomparable and ever-popular Elektra Kings.

September 21st, Tempus; sets the stage for the grand finale performance by Jamestown’s own Feverhawk!

A Special Thanks to Josh Ahlmquist, who will run the sound & stage for each event!
