The 2nd annual Lakewood Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 4 from 10am-4pm on Chautauqua Avenue rain or shine. The celebration is free and will feature family friendly activities including live music all day (starting at 11:30), 50+ vendors, wagon rides, kids’ korner with crafts, face painting, pumpkins and more.
The Lakewood Community Development Corporation (LCDC) in conjunction with the Village of Lakewood and Merchants are looking forward to another successful festival to showcase Lakewood in the fall season. While Lakewood has had fall festivals in the past, last year the community decided to revitalize the event and make it an annual occurrence. “We’re looking forward to a great festival,” says Michelle Turner, LCDC Representative. “It’s a great time to visit Lakewood. Come out and enjoy the fall foliage in Hartley Park on beautiful Chautauqua Lake and explore the many boutique shops and restaurants along Chautauqua Avenue.”
